Safety Check Customer

Includes one safety check visit during which we will check the appliances for general condition, correct operation, test any safety devices and test for electrical and gas safety.

Bronze Service Contract

Our Bronze service package includes your chosen number of service visits with a full written report on each machine serviced.

Our appliance service reports will be supplied in an electronic format and can be sent to multiple contacts within your organisation.
Our Bronze service package includes issuing a Gas Safety Inspection Record certificate where gas equipment is included in the asset list.
Asset labels will be assigned to each piece of equipment to aid future identification of the equipment.
Breakdown calls will be charged at our standard rates and will be attended within 48 hours Monday to Friday during normal working hours.
An emergency callout is also available during weekends and bank holidays at a premium charge.

Silver Service Contract

Our Silver service package includes your chosen number of service visits with a full written report on each machine serviced.

Our appliance service reports will be supplied in an electronic format and can be sent to multiple contacts within your organisation.
Our Silver service package includes issuing a Gas Safety Inspection Record certificate where gas equipment is included in the asset list.
Asset labels will be assigned to each piece of equipment to aid future identification of the equipment.
All breakdown labour charges and callouts are covered at no extra cost* and will be attended within 24 hours Monday to Friday during normal working hours. *subject to our standard terms & conditions.
An emergency callout is also available during weekends and bank holidays at a premium charge.

Gold Service Contract

Our Gold service package includes your chosen number of service visits with a full written report on each machine serviced.

Our appliance service reports will be supplied in an electronic format and can be sent to multiple contacts within your organisation.
Our Gold service package includes issuing a Gas Safety Inspection Record certificate where gas equipment is included in the asset list.
Asset labels will be assigned to each piece of equipment to aid future identification of the equipment.
All breakdown labour charges and callouts are covered at no extra cost* and will be attended within 24 hours Monday to Sunday during normal working hours. *subject to our standard terms & condition
An emergency callout is also available during weekends and bank holidays.
Consumables are included at no additional cost.

Asset Lists

As part of our service contract our engineer will asset label your equipment. Equipment models, serial numbers and asset numbers are loaded onto our system making it easier when you need to request a call out.

Comprehensive Reports

Our service contracts includes a comprehensive report detailing the checks made on each appliance serviced and repair estimates where we identify repairs are required. All of our service contracts include issuing your gas safety inspection record (CP42).

Annual Reminder

Our team will send out an annual reminder before your contract is due to renew ensuring that those important service visits booked in ahead of time.

Management Information

Using the information compiled in our reports we can help you to identify any equipment which may become expensive or uneconomical to repair.
